Our business descriptions are as follows: L S Plumbing and Martin Smith Plumbing are a National Plumbing Company who specialise in Emergency Plumbing Work.
The type of emergency jobs we take on are stated in the Navigation Bar above. We work as agents on behalf of Plumbers who attend your property. From time to time, we may outsource the jobs to other companies, who also attend emergencies. Our job is to locate an Engineer within the rates given below. The fee we charge is known as the call out fee. As well as being agents, we also subcontract work out to self employed Plumber's.
The term "Service Charge" will also be known as call out fee.

Monday – Friday (Does not include bank Holidays) 8am – 4pm
A) Domestic - Call out fee £30 (deposit) first hour £60 (minimum) then per half hour of £30.
B) Commercial - Call out fee £40 (deposit) first hour £70 (minimum) then per half hour of £35
C) Drainage - Call out fee £30 (deposit) first hour £90 (minimum) then per half hour of £30
Monday – Friday 4pm – 8pm | Saturday – Sunday and Bank Holidays 8am – 4pm
D) Domestic - Call out fee £40 (deposit) first hour £90 (minimum) then per half hour of £45
E) Commercial - Call out fee £60 (deposit) first hour £95 (minimum) then per half hour of £47.50
F) Drainage - Call out fee £40 (deposit) first hour £120 (minimum) then per half hour of £45
Monday - Friday 8pm – 8am | Saturday – Sunday and Bank Holidays 4pm - 8am
G) Domestic - Call out fee £50 (deposit) first hour £95 (minimum) then per half hour of £47.50
